Amanda Harrelson is a client service partner in Ernst & Young LLP’s Houston, Texas audit practice with over 20 years of experience providing assurance services to clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations, focusing primarily on the technology and oil & gas industries, with a particular focus on the midstream oil & gas sub-sector. After starting her career in EY’s Dallas office, Amanda spent three years in Washington, DC, in EY’s National Securities and Exchange Commission Professional Practice Group. In this group, Amanda authored firm publications and advised clients regarding the application of SEC rules and regulations.

Amanda has a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama. She’s a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Amanda also serves as executive sponsor of EY’s Houston Professional Women’s Network and sits on the Advisory Committee for the School of Accountancy for the University of Southern Mississippi.
